About the role
Shall have good knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, Stamp Act (Central & State), Specific Relief Act, applicable Real Estate laws, Companies Act, RBI, SARFAESI and related Policies, Directions, Circulars. Effective communication and interpersonal skills suitable for NBFC business environments.
What you'll do
- V Assess the referenced deal from all aspects including legal, commercial, risk, compliance and applicable law and highlight any risks therefrom
- V Suggest the required legal mitigates and options in ring fencing the deal in order to protect the rights and interest of the Company
- V Ensure that the volumes are met and the TAT is delivered maintain quality of the work
