What you'll do

• HR AI Enablement & Workforce Transformation Develop and maintain HR AI enablement roadmaps, use-case portfolios
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI, automation, workforce intelligence, and digital capabilities to improve HR outcomes
• Facilitate discovery sessions with HR stakeholders to translate business challenges into solution concepts, requirements, and pilot recommendations
• Support the progression of HR from administrative and transactional work toward AI-augmented and intelligence-enabled operating models
• Digital Solution Consulting Partner with HR leaders and functional teams to define business requirements for AI-enabled processes, workflows, analytics
