What you'll do
- Ensure services meet agreed quality, timeliness, and employee experience standards
- Maintain clear accountability across retained and outsourced activities
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual commitments
- Support governance of payroll, compensation, benefits, performance, succession, and talent technology platforms and their operational processes
- Ensure operational readiness for payroll cutoffs, year-end activities, annual compensation and benefits events, performance cycles, and talent-review processes
