What you'll do
- Ensure recruiting and learning services meet agreed service levels, quality standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations
- Maintain accountability for service outcomes and consistent candidate, hiring manager, learner, and people-manager experience
- Monitor SLA performance and contractual obligations
- Lead regular vendor governance reviews
- Monitor recruiting and learning process compliance, data integrity, and operational controls
