What you'll do
- Ensure the combined HR Operations, HCM AMS, and related non-AMS service landscape meets agreed quality, availability, timeliness, compliance, control
- Maintain clear end-to-end accountability across retained HR teams, outsourced HR Operations, HCM AMS, related non-AMS providers, HRIS product owners
- HCM AMS and Related Non-AMS Service Management: Govern HCM AMS delivery, including incidents, service requests, defects, problem management, application monitoring
- Govern the related non-AMS services needed for complete HR Operations delivery, such as integrations, interfaces, identity and access dependencies, reporting support
- Ensure effective triage, routing, ownership, handoffs, escalation, and resolution across AMS and non-AMS boundaries
