What you'll do
- Ensure the efficient operation of troubleshooting activities and provide essential technical and fault-finding expertise to support service delivery, availability
- Providing fault-finding expertise and technical support for train repair activities and infrastructure maintenance
- Reporting technical issues and liaising with Fleet Engineers, Safety Teams, and Engineering groups to resolve them
- Ensuring compliance with safety notices, rules, and local EHS standards
