About the role
As a part of team within organization, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary engineering group focusing on next generation new product development and design. We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Mechanical Engineering to drive the design and development of electronics enclosures, chassis, and mechanical packaging for Data Acquisition and Test & Measurement products.
What you'll do
- Lead the mechanical design of electronic enclosures, chassis, and packaging solutions from concept to production
- Develop 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly documentation using SolidWorks
- Design sheet metal, machined, molded, cast, and extruded components with a focus on manufacturability and reliability
- Own mechanical requirements, thermal design, safety compliance, and EMI/EMC considerations
- Design ruggedized chassis for industrial, aerospace, and defense applications
