About the role
The person will be responsible for daily tasks including: Management of opportunity distribution via a central Proposals Mailbox with heavy email traffic Distribution of tender and portal notifications Liaising with internal stakeholders / clients to ensure opportunities are being routed correctly Managing passwords / access requests and providing portal access details to business users
What you'll do
- Lead our tender opportunity distribution processes as part of the GCC Strategic Growth Team
- Managing distribution of correspondence relating to tender opportunities
- Managing procurement portal accounts
- Supervising two team members
- Liaising with internal stakeholders / clients to ensure opportunities are being routed correctly
