About the role
We are looking for an exceptional person to lead our Ground and Water (Contaminated Land) team in India. You will have at least 15 years’ post-graduate experience working in the Geo-environmental field. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and coaching team members in the GCC Ground & Water Team.
What you'll do
- Leadership of projects and line management of staff including supporting career development (technical, professional and personal) goals of junior staff
- Be able to travel to support team members in other offices from time to time
- Provision of reliable, effective and efficient delivery of environmental consultancy services and seeks regular feedback on performance
- Work in an integrated manner with limited supervision where appropriate and to understand the task at hand; what is required
- Successful and proactive project management of more complex projects / tasks – strong commercial awareness
