What you'll do
- Provide 5-star customer support to the users reaching out to Fello with queries and issues
- Understand ins and outs of the product, company and space Fello works in to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions
- Be responsible for providing support across whatsapp, facebook, instagram, twitter, chat, email and phone
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
- Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life
