About the role

As a Telecaller specializing in EXIM (Export-Import), you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, lead generation, and customer communication within the context of international trade. Your role will involve assisting the sales team in reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting sales initiatives related to export-import activities.

What you'll do

• Use scripts or talking points provided by the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition and generate interest
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, such as import-export requirements, industry sector, and potential volume of trade
• Gather information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making authority to assess their potential as a sales opportunity
• Develop a basic understanding of key features and benefits to effectively communicate with prospects
• Provide necessary information to the sales team to facilitate productive discussions with prospects
