About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee -Operations to join our organization. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HRM. You will gain hands-on experience on HR Operations Role (From Hire to Retire).
What you'll do
- Understanding and working on onboarding/ induction
- Helping in employee engagement activities
- Maintaining the HR Report and PPT
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent
