About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordination, and end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting hiring across different functions.
What you'll do
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support HR team in campus hiring drives and recruitment events
