About the role

This role oversees Credit & Collections, leading teams in credit, collections, fraud, and vendor management whist driving operational improvement. It involves strategic development, staff training, and performance management, focusing on fostering employee engagement and aligning with business goals.

What you'll do

• Reviewing collection reports to assess collection strategies, implementing improvements to enhance the effectiveness of tactics
• Developing performance metrics for all functions, ensuring alignment with the department's operational goals and company standards
• Managing relationships with vendors and collection agencies, acting as the primary business contact and overseeing agreements
• Evaluating and refining performance metrics for supervised functions, driving efficiency and aligning with strategic objectives
• Analyzing actual team performance against established metrics, instituting changes to bolster productivity and financial results
