What you'll do
- Applies foundational fraud knowledge to investigate suspicious order activity, review account history and available evidence, identify potential fraud
- Reviews sensitive customer information and documents to support fraud investigations and account resolution
- Investigates established lost, damaged, or stolen mobile device shipping or transit claims and applies established remediation procedures
- Ensures accurate account remediation in alignment with current policies and procedures
- Maintains a solution-focused approach to fraud investigations while safeguarding customer and company interests
