About the role

This job investigates potentially fraudulent customer and order activity, with a focus on mobile products and established fraud scenarios. The role applies working knowledge of fraud processes and policies to independently evaluate account information and available evidence, determine appropriate remediation, and resolve issues within established procedures.

What you'll do

• Investigates suspicious order activity by reviewing evidence and account history to independently determine appropriate remediation within established procedures
• Reviews sensitive customer information and documents to support fraud investigations and account resolution
• Investigates lost, damaged, or stolen mobile device shipping or transit claims and determines appropriate remediation within established policies and procedures
• Ensures accurate account remediation in alignment with current policies, maintaining a commitment to precision and correctness
• Maintains a proactive and solution-focused approach to fraud investigations, safeguarding customer and company interests
