About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate – Foreclosure Operations to manage and support the end-to-end foreclosure process for mortgage loans. The candidate will be responsible for handling foreclosure activities from referral through sale, redemption, post-sale, and foreclosure completion while ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and client requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete foreclosure lifecycle from loan referral through foreclosure sale and post-sale activities
- Review account eligibility and initiate foreclosure referrals in accordance with investor and client guidelines
- Monitor bankruptcy, loss mitigation, litigation, and foreclosure holds to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, trustees, title vendors, and third-party service providers
