About the role
These comprise of Valuation services, Post Close Audit support, Fulfilment support, Default support, Investor Claims and consulting advisory services. Most importantly, the Due Diligence Division of CA Inc offers third party rating services (FITCH, SsP GLOBAL, KROLL, MORNINGSTAR, AND DRBS) through its unique underwriting solutions to customers in the Capital Markets space.
What you'll do
- Support in screening, interviewing and hiring new underwriters
- Provide effective strategies for building and growing the DIS Underwriting Operations. The goal is to build a strong team of 100 offshore underwriters
- Oversee progress of classroom and on job training
- Oversee Production ramp up to meet the required level
- Monitor quality level and give directions to progress on quality level
