About the role
We are seeking a Pipeline Coordinator to monitor every stage of a high-volume production pipeline and ensure each task is completed on time. This role is the point of accountability for deadlines and deliverables, working daily with our U.S. Production team to track progress, identify delays, and drive items to completion.
What you'll do
- Monitor all pipeline tasks and deadlines and identify items at risk of falling behind
- Follow up with U.S. Production team members until each task is resolved
- Escalate unresolved issues to management with clear, factual details
- Maintain trackers and provide regular status updates
