About the role
Senior Account Executive drives sales and manages key client accounts. Senior Account Executive build and maintain strong client relationships, lead negotiations, and strategize to meet revenue goals. This role involves overseeing account performance, solving complex client issues, and mentoring junior staff to achieve company objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage and process payroll, including salary slips, GST, EPF, ESIC, and PT records
- Ensure compliance with TDS rules and Labour Laws, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Oversee and conduct financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve complex payroll and tax issues
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
