About the role
Seeking an accomplished and passionate Corporate Trainer with extensive hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Technologies, dedicated to delivering impactful and engaging learning experiences that drive technical excellence across our teams.
What you'll do
- Delivering technical training programs in Java full stack development, including Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular, React
- Designing curriculum, learning plans, assessments, labs, and instructional materials that support upskilling and cross-skilling in full stack technologies
- Facilitating virtual and in-person learning sessions, mentoring participants through programming and testing exercises
- Measuring learner progress through assignments, assessments, feedback, and evaluation mechanisms
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build training programs aligned to business priorities, technology roadmaps, and workforce capability needs
