What you'll do
- Facilitate technical training sessions in one or more Salesforce skill areas for adult learners
- Deliver instruction on Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Apex, Lightning Components (Aura), Lightning Web Components, Salesforce DX
- Create and maintain curriculum, demos, labs, and learning materials aligned to business and technical learning objectives
- Explain technical concepts through implementation scenarios, live project examples, and end-to-end use cases
- Support learning programs across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as integration and configuration topics
