What you'll do

• Support a US-based team by applying consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to assess business goals and learning requirements
• Manage solution design and delivery planning and learning-program components across design, development, and delivery; review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Execute learning strategies, identify risks and mitigation actions, and escalate issues to project leadership as appropriate
• Plan, execute, and operationalize development programs and processes; develop learning programs and training experiences; and support mandatory-training compliance
• Analyze learning-consumption data; develop and maintain reports; track program and portfolio costs and budgets; and prepare forecasts
