About the role
You will be working with the Risk Innovation & Change Team within Deutsche Bank's CRO function, a team responsible for driving strategic & regulatory transformation and process re-engineering across the End-to-End (E2E) credit life cycle. This role is at the forefront of a CRO (Chief Risk Office) wide initiative to enhance and automate E2E workflows by embedding Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our core processes.
What you'll do
- Support the CRM AI Lead/Change Execution Director and work with delivery teams across Risk, Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) & Technology
- Testing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement/support robust testing strategies for AI solutions, leveraging expertise in MoRM principles
