Programme & Change Execution, Director

About the role

The role reports to the Head of Operation Technology. The CB Operations Technology team is looking for an experienced Programme & Change Execution Director to lead the execution of strategic technology and transformation initiatives supporting Corporate Bank Operations. This is a senior role working closely with Operations to understand their business priorities, define requirements and translate these into executable technology programmes and outcomes.

• Partner with CB Operations to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges and opportunities for technology-led transformation
• Build consensus across Operations and Technology where initiatives span multiple platforms, teams, locations or organisational boundaries
