About the role

The Performance and Reward Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The P&R Specialist is responsible for delivery and support of P&R products and processes. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Central Performance and Reward, HR IT, HR Change, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

What you'll do

• Responsible for delivery and support of P&R products and processes
• Support all process deliverables end to end on all group wide projects
• Work in partnership with talent acquisition, HRBP\HRA’s, Reward advisors and other cross functional teams with HR for all kinds of deliverables
• Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors
• Manage all the non annual awards related requests in a timely manner and ensure to complete with 100% accuracy
