What you'll do
- Responsible for the end-to-end process from Customer purchase order to invoice, including order management, issuance of internal purchase orders
- Ensure the contract review, International Trade Compliance, and record retention policy is applied with no exception
- Check the feasibility of customer requests in terms of lead times, certificates and documents required (Mainly Exports)
- Continuously supervise the open orders and take actions to anticipate issues/satisfy the request of the customer (within the companies’ dedication)
- This can involve collaborating with factory planning, warehouse, or any other department involved
