TAT (Turn Around Time) to be maintained for Order Processing: 1 working day 100% compliance for all orders processed, in the Screening tool as per ITC procedures All compliance documents (Special Price Approval/ Legal Clearance/ Commercial Workflow/ Amber- Road Screening reports/ International Trade Compliance approvals) to be uploaded and maintained for regulatory purposes.
What you'll do
- Maintain 100% accuracy in order processing
- Review Risk and Opportunities, action plan, in regular intervals and audit the same in the internal/ external audits
- Maintain SCM fulfillment metrics of RDSL/ PDSL (Required date at Service Level/ Promised Date at Service Level) through timely updating of the order Schedule in the ERP
