- Responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership in Plant Engineering by ensuring reliability, standardization
- Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance through SAP EAM
- Developing and optimizing maintenance strategies (PM, TBM, CBM, Predictive)
- Improving maintenance practices based on RCA/RCFA learnings
- Mentoring engineering teams and technicians
