What you'll do
- Be responsible to ensure end-to-end operational readiness and stable ramp-up of the mini factory having two value streams OPT and OPS for industrial thermometers
- High product quality (zero-defect mindset, robust process control)
- On-time delivery aligned with customer and supply chain commitments
- Cost adherence and productivity targets, supporting planned industrialization and lifecycle cost objectives
- Lead and develop assigned team members in line with Endress+Hauser culture, values, and Leadership Competency Model; foster motivation, engagement
