What you'll do
- Contribute to core/general HR reporting and/or projects
- Facilitate functional compliance, data integrity or other related HR strategic analysis
- Develop or translate requirements to technical developers when needed
- Perform first level issue analysis for potential issues; and testing and validating results against data and customer requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards that will help answer key strategic workforce analytics-based questions, including key performance indicators
