About the role
The Digital and Technology team at General Mills India Centre is looking for a Senior D&T Intelligent Automation Engineer to contribute to the company’s global digital transformation agenda through intelligent automation delivery. This role is expected to design, develop, and operate scalable automation and AI-enabled automation solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using ServiceNow, Power Platform, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI
- Build and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, portals, workspaces, CRUD apps, and CSM solutions
- Develop and manage secure integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, GCP, and SQL using REST APIs
- Provide technical leadership, resolve complex issues, and ensure platform stability and business continuity
- Support, troubleshoot, modernize, and rationalize existing Power Platform solutions
