About the role
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (MuleSoft Developer), you will design, optimize, and safeguard the integration services that connect General Mills' most critical systems. You will lead complex, high-impact platform efforts, partner closely with our solution delivery and architecture teams, and drive resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency across the Digital & Technology organization.
What you'll do
- Deliver and support multiple MuleSoft solutions across projects, producing high-quality, secure, bug-free code and complete solution design documents
- Provide technical leadership for MuleSoft solutioning and platform maturity, translating strategy and architecture into highly available
- Set up and maintain repositories, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and unit tests
- Uphold and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards, defining best practices and processes across enterprise integration applications
- Conduct code reviews and mentor MuleSoft developers, guiding and cross-training team members and helping them understand the need for change
