Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations, ensuring consistent execution of hiring processes, data accuracy, and a high-quality hiring manager & candidate experience. The TA Manager will coach and support a team of TA Recruiters, manage workloads and priorities, and act as the first point of escalation for recruiting issues.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day recruiting operations for the Global Capability Center (GCC)
• Monitor recruiter workloads and open requisitions, ensuring hiring timelines and service levels are met through tracking and delivery of key recruiting KPIs
• Manage and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring consistent execution of recruitment best practices from position intake through offer and onboarding
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume roles
• Oversee contingent workforce hiring and onboarding, ensuring adherence to internal processes, vendor guidelines, and compliance standards
