About the role
This individual contributor role is responsible for coordinating and administering programs related to goal setting, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. The role ensures these processes are executed with consistency, data accuracy, and a strong employee experience, partnering closely with HR, people leaders, and global stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Administer and support the Institute’s global Talent & Organizational Development processes, including performance management, goal-setting, succession planning
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates within talent systems and templates, maintaining strong data integrity across all processes
- Coordinate and facilitate communications, resources, timelines, and guidance for annual talent programs with HR Partners and People Leaders
