About the role
We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our Global Capability Center in Mumbai. The role will oversee HR operations with a focus on global mobility, job architecture, and benefits management. This oversees employee movement, manages compensation and benefits programs and ensures processes are compliant, efficient and employee centric.
What you'll do
- Oversee global mobility processes including transfers, relocations, immigration support, and repatriation services
- Partner with business units to assess feasibility and impact of employee movements
- Ensure employee information is updated accurately and timely in HR systems
- Identify, document, and implement changes in job architecture, including communicating impacts to stakeholders
- Administer and communicate compensation program changes and benefits offerings
