About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Global Capability Center in Mumbai. This role supports end-to-end recruiting activities for United States and United Kingdom. This includes sourcing, screening, pre-employment, and onboarding, to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with U.S. & U.K. business leaders and HR partners to understand and support hiring needs
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms and execute sourcing strategies
- Develop sourcing plans and conduct targeted sourcing activities
- Define technical and behavioral selection criteria in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess candidate profiles
