- Administer and support Talent processes, including performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and Connect check-ins
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates within talent systems and templates, maintaining strong data integrity across all processes
- Coordinate and facilitate communication, resources, timelines, and guidance for annual talent programs to managers
- Ensure consistent execution of talent processes and enhance the employee experience
- Support the administration of the employee engagement survey, including documentation, communication, system readiness, tracking, and reporting logistics
