About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join our Global Capability Center in Mumbai. The role will prepare and review payroll inputs, calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and query management, partnering closely with HR, Finance and others while maintaining strict compliance with statutory and internal policies.
What you'll do
- Review end-to-end payroll processing including variable pay, allowances, and regular cycles
- Review payroll inputs from HR and ensure timely validation and consolidation
- Execute post-payroll adjustments, corrections
- Prepare provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of payroll-related journal entries
- Respond to employee payroll queries and provide resolution within defined SLAs
