About the role
The Onboarding Manager for HRO services is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the HRO system. This role includes coordinating with internal teams, aligning with client goals, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to establish a strong foundation for long-term client satisfaction and employee engagement.
What you'll do
