About the role
Support device builds, software installation, patching and standard configurations. Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and work within agreed SLAs. Escalate complex issues to appropriate L2/L3 resolver teams. Maintain asset/inventory records and follow security and IT support procedures.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop/laptop, printer, peripheral, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic application issues
- Install, configure, upgrade, replace and troubleshoot end-user devices
- Perform IMACD activities including installations, moves, additions, changes and decommissions
- Support device builds, software installation, patching and standard configurations
- Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and work within agreed SLAs
