About the role
Lead a comprehensive audit and governance redesign of ServiceNow's vendor subscription portfolio You will identify structural cost savings, remediate off-contract spending, and build sustainable FinOps governance across eight departments (DTIO, Security, ETG, Analytics, GTM, DTX, CCx).
What you'll do
- 7+ years in vendor management, procurement operations, or FinOps
- Advanced Excel/SQL capability; comfort with multi-view data models (5+ source systems)
- Experience building utilization frameworks and consumption-based pricing models
- Stakeholder management at executive level (CFO, VP Finance, operations leaders)
