About the role
We are seeking an experienced Ingot Casting Supervisor to oversee and manage Ladle Management and Ingot Making operations within the Melting Shop. The candidate will be responsible for supervising field workers, coordinating operational activities, managing materials and consumables, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining efficient ladle and ingot production operations.
What you'll do
- Supervise and lead daily Ladle Management and Ingot Making operations
- Manage ladle operations, materials, and consumables
- Supervise field workers, including attendance and working-hour management
- Review work orders and operational instructions and ensure proper execution
- Coordinate with specialists and engineers to communicate operational requirements and resolve field-level issues
