What you'll do
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales and business operations processes
- Design and deploy automated workflows, approvals, notifications, reporting solutions, and self-service capabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting using business intelligence tools
- Support Sales Force optimization, process standardization, and system integration initiatives
- Leverage AI and productivity solutions to improve operational effectiveness and user experience
