What you'll do
- Sales Productivity & Analytics
- Build and own executive Power BI dashboards and productivity scorecards for APAC leadership
- Deliver insight on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, territory coverage, quota loading, and commercial effectiveness
- Identify productivity bottlenecks, benchmark APAC against internal and external best practice, and drive the resulting improvement initiatives to closure
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Enablement to institutionalize continuous improvement
