What you'll do
- Application & Technical Support
- Provide application consultation and solutions for biopharmaceutical customers
- Provide guidance for biopharma characterization and impurity-monitoring needs such as aggregate analysis, charge variants, intact and subunit analysis, peptide mapping
- Assist customers in achieving optimal method performance through product selection and application recommendations
- Support issue resolution by working closely with customers, field service engineers, and technical support teams
