About the role
In this role, as a Sales Manager , you will enhance the sales performance of Motion Traction Products based out of Bangalore, India responsible for managing key accounts in Railways, Metro, Marine, Mining & Construction segment specifying and implementing effective sales channel initiatives in line with global strategy.
What you'll do

- Be responsible for the local sales organization to meet motivated targets and fulfill customer expectations
- Maintain an opportunity pipeline while providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales teams
- Establish and maintain reliable customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle
- Develop and own the account management plan, implement to achieve overall objective
