About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support recruitment needs for product-based businesses and multinational clients. In this freelance role, you will manage the recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hires.
What you'll do
- Write, publish, and manage compelling technical job descriptions across relevant recruitment channels
- Source potential candidates through job platforms, professional networks, social media, databases, and other channels
- Review technical resumes and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for IT roles
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate applicants' experience, communication skills, and technical capabilities
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews using structured interviews, behavioral questions, and technical assessments
