Talent Engagement Associate — Outbound Recruiting

About the role

You will connect with shortlisted candidates across India, introduce relevant job opportunities, and help them navigate the early stages of the hiring process.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to shortlisted candidates, clearly explaining the opportunity, organization, job responsibilities, location, and relevant requirements
• Engage candidates professionally to understand their interest in the opportunity, availability, notice period, and other relevant details
• Conduct consistent follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to maintain candidate engagement and support progress through the recruitment process
• Identify interested and potentially qualified candidates and share their details with the relevant internal recruitment team
• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate notes, and recruitment records using spreadsheets and internal systems
