About the role
As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and oversee the entire recruitment function across India, driving strategic hiring initiatives in a dynamic, multinational financial services environment. You will manage a diverse team of in-house recruiters, contractors, consultants, and recruitment outsourcing partners.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee all recruitment activities across India, covering experienced professionals, early-career talent, specialist positions, and executive-level appointments
- Manage and develop a geographically distributed recruitment team comprising permanent employees, contractors, consultants
- Establish recruitment priorities, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent execution of hiring processes, policies, and compliance standards
- Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives and global recruitment frameworks
- Personally manage selected senior, specialized, and executive-level recruitment assignments, ensuring access to high-quality talent
